Shipping Policy

Orders placed from Tuesday through Saturday are prepared and shipped the following Monday.

Orders placed on Sunday or Monday may be included in that Monday shipment if processing time allows. Otherwise, they will ship the following Monday.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

El Bork House is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Because our products are food items, please follow all storage instructions on the product label after delivery.
