Return & Refund Policy

Because El Bork House products are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for food safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, leaking, or otherwise affected during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

If your claim is approved, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage after delivery. Please follow the storage instructions provided on the product label.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
